Individuals who wish to work with kids should contact the administration of the campus with whom they wish to be involved.   The campus principal or secretary can direct you to the campus contact who can help you with your desire to volunteer.

NOTE:  All volunteers who have contact with students will be asked to complete a background check before beginning to volunteer.  The schools will need a completed Criminal History Information Release Form and a legible copy of a government ID.  (The school may exempt a volunteer from providing the ID only if the volunteer is a parent, guardian, or grandparent of an IISD student.)

Businesses go to the Partnerships in Education webpage and fill out the partnership application form that is posted there.

The Partnerships in Education office will contact you about your wish to partner with a school and will discuss with you how your business and the school can best benefit from your time and efforts.

Donations can be made to the Irving Schools Foundation which funds educational projects and activities which are not within the budgetary guidelines of the District and for which tax dollars cannot be expended. The funded programs emphasize the Foundation's mission to enrich and maximize the quality of education in the Irving schools.

The Irving Schools Foundation is an independent, nonprofit corporation.
