Mandatory Parent Meeting
We will host an annual parent meeting on Thursday, August 30th in the Distance Learning Lab from 6pm to 7pm. All parents must attend in order for a student to be considered for team membership. Any parent unable to attend can set up a meeting at an earlier time.
 

New Student Camp and Tryouts
For the first time we will host a 3 day camp for new students wishing to join the team. Many varsity team members will be asked to participate in training of these new students. At the end of the camp we will hold the official tryouts for next year’s 2007-2008 Academy Speech and Debate team.

Camp Dates: August 29–31
Camp Times: 2:45pm–4:10pm
Location: Conference Center or Distance Learning Lab

Tryouts: September 4th – Times will be assigned
