State DECA Competition
At state DECA competition in Corpus Christi, five of our Academy students are going to attend the ICDC, the International Career Development
Conference, in Orlando, Florida. Congratulations to freshman - Ashley Mora; sophomores - Chantal Jarayanpour, Morgan Hudgins, and Emma Graziani; and
Senior - Allyson Parker. Also, congratulations to Ingrid Vasquez who was named as an alternate in the Quick Serve Management competition. Pictures can

JDECA
On December 11, 2006 we held our second annual JDECA, eighty middle school students filled the conference center and we introduced them
to dress for success.
The ATM fashion show was kicked off by Allyson
Parker and Latoya Ferguson. Many students from different specialties also took
part in it. Through out the day students rotated stations and learned many life
skills, such as: Being proactive, taking care of responsibilities, and making
goals for themselves.
