DECA
Distributive Clubs of America, or DECA, is an association made specifically for marketing students across the United States that has over 170,000 students each year. DECA'S goal is to create future leaders in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. This association is responsible for nearly $300,000 given away each year specifically for students and teachers participating in DECA. We are proud to say that this is the Academy's third year with a DECA Chapter. Our DECA advisor is Ms. Kimberly Watson, the marketing teacher here at the Academy. DECA holds district, state, and an international conference annually. Over 170,000 students compete each year for a chance to attend the international conference at the end of each April.
