I want to introduce myself and to see with whom may I contact to discuss the possible need for hotel sleeping rooms and/or meeting room space during reunions?  I am new to Irving, Texas and to Summerfield Suites by Wyndham and am trying to establish relationships with area alumni organizations within the educational sector in hopes of creating a package deal for the reunion attendees.
