The mission of Austin Middle School is to provide a
diverse, quality education for all students in a
safe, nurturing environment. Our goal is to
develop responsible, empowered, life-long learners
by meeting students’ academic, social, and personal
needs and by challenging them with opportunities to
meet rigorous expectations. Providing viable
strategies will build self-confidence and thereby
help students become contributing members of our
