Insurance Update
 Health Insurance ID
Cards
All
employees should have received their ID Cards by now, if you have
not, please contact BCBS at 1-800-521-2227
Medical Spending Accounts- Debit Cards
All participants
in the Medical Spending Accounts should have their Debit Card either
from last year or this year. If you need to use the TASC website to
file claims, please call 1-800-422-4661. * (If you still have claims
from last year to turn in, you have until November 30th to do so).
Dental ID Cards
(CompBenefits/Humana)
If you do not have
a Dental Card you can request one by calling CompBenefits at
1-800-342-5209 or you can go to their website and register at
www.compbenefits.com. Here you can also update your dentists
if you are on the DHMO plan.
