Paging Devices, Beepers, Cellular Phones and Other
Forms of Electronic Communication Cell phones may be picked up on
the day the PROGRESS REPORT goes home or the date the REPORT CARD goes
home. The specific dates are listed below.
IISD policy regarding cell phones used during school hours is prohibited
and if the cell phone is being used and is picked up by an
administrator, teacher, or school employee, the phone is locked up and
will remain so until it is picked up on one of the following dates
listed below. THERE WILL BE NO EXC EPTIONS. Cell phones must be
concealed in the student's backpack, purse or pocket and kept out of
view at all times. The cell phone must be turned off, not silenced. When
picking up the cell phone there will be a cost to the student/parent of
$15.00. If you choose not to pay the $15.00, then the cell phone may be
picked up after the school year ends.
