Paging Devices, Beepers, Cellular Phones and Other Forms of Electronic Communication

IISD policy regarding electronic devices during school hours is that they must be turned off. If the cell phone is on or is used and is picked up by a school employee, the phone is locked up and will remain so until it is picked up by a parent.   Electronic devices must be turned off and concealed in the student's backpack, purse or pocket and kept out of view at all times. It must be turned off, not silenced. Parents may pick up the electronic device between 3:45 and 4:30 pm. When picking up the electronic device there will be a cost of $15.00.
