Message from the President: Welcome to the Crockett Middle School PTA web page. On behalf of the executive board, we thank you for being involved with Crockett's PTA. Crockett MS has a very active PTA and always welcomes members. How can you help your PTA? 1. Become a member--join for $5.00. Your contribution helps support the PTA activities. 2. Volunteer your time-- We need volunteers to do many things--especially work the concession stands! 3. Help out with donations--When you join, provide us with your contact information so we can call on you for items for the teacher luncheon or national PTA week. 4. Join a committee--Many committees have "short term deadlines" and are not labor intensive, but the Chairs need help. 5. Submit your volunteer hours--whenever you volunteer your time to PTA activities and Crockett MS, be sure and contact the PTA President--Mary Richarte (click here) and report your hours.

Goals of the PTA
1. To promote the welfare of the children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship. 2. To raise the standards of home life. 3. To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth. 4. To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth. 5. To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.
