Mr. John Ringhauser is the  principal at J.O. Davis Elementary School this year. He came to us from M.C. Lively where he was principal for 7 years. He has also been principal at St. Elizabeth Catholic School and Permenter Middle School, teacher mentor, assistant principal, and a teacher for grades 4,5, and 6. He has been in education for 29 years.  Mr. Ringhauser is completing his Doctorate Degree in educational Administration.

Mr. Ringhauser’s wife teaches second grade in Cedar Hill.  They have two sons, one is a senior in high school and the other is in third grade.  They also have one cross-eyed dog and two cats (one with only 3 legs!).

In his spare time, Mr. Ringhauser likes to read, go to the movies, watch television, and play with his sons. His favorite colors are J.O. Davis red and black (of course!)
