    • June 1, 2016 (Half Day):

      Period 1: 8:15-9:15

      Period 2: 9:18-10:18

      Period 3: 10:21-11:21

      Period 4: 11:25-12:30

      Students will walk to café and pick up a sack lunch to be eaten during 4th period before going home.

  • Instructor of the Year Kristen Savala Named Kickstart North Texas Instructor of the Year

    On May 20th, Kristen Savala was honored at the Heroes Among Us Gala as the Kickstart Instructor of the Year for North Texas.

  • DZ Choir DZ Choir Competes at Sandy Lake Park

    Congratulations to our 6th grade choir students attended the Sandy Lake Choir Contest on Saturday, May 7th. They earned superior ratings and received all 1’s on stage.  The students represented deZavala extremely well, and we are very proud of them.

  • DZ Band DZ Band Competes at NRH2O

    On Saturday, May 14th, the DZ Symphonic and Concert Band competed at the NRH2O Music Festival.  Both bands survived the rain and cold, made great sounds, and brought home "First Division" ratings (the best you can get).
