Van Reservation System
Irving ISD has three vans
available for school/business use by IISD staff.
To reserve a van, simply fill out the
Vehicle Request form, and fax
it to 972-261-5114.
Please be aware of the
following guidelines related to van usage.
· No
more than 8 people (including the driver) can ride in one van.
· The
account code you provide on the request form will be charged a fee
of $0.505 per mile.
· Request
forms without an account code cannot be processed.
· Only
drivers who appear on your campus/department “approved drivers list”
should be allowed to drive the district vans. The person signing on
the authorization line is attesting that the driver is on the
approved list, thereby covered by district insurance. Don’t know if
you’re on the list? Contact your school secretary or the office of
Pablo Rodriguez.
· Request
forms without an authorization signature cannot be processed.
· We
ask that you throw any and all garbage away; don’t leave it in the
van for someone else to clean. Help us take care of the vans! If a
van or vans be returned in extremely poor condition, additional
cleaning charges may be assessed to the user.
· Vans
are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. The earlier you
place your reservation, the better your chance of success!
