Fax Numbers

We are often asked for fax numbers ... but we are sorry
that we don't post a comprehensive list of fax numbers on the Irving ISD
website. This is for many reasons:
- Posting a list of fax numbers on the web encourages
"junk" faxes from MANY sources that are not items we are interested in.
We don't want to be printing everyone's commercials, ads and junk mail.
- WHO do you really want the fax to go to? There
are multiple fax machines in each of the buildings (especially the
administration building) and just sending a fax does not guarantee that
it will arrive to the intended recipient.
- Many items can't be faxed. So talk to the
person before you fax. We don't accept faxed bids, faxed job
applications, faxed transcripts, or many other faxed forms. So be
sure to check to see if you should mail the item or if it can be faxed.
So what is the solution? Call or email the
person or campus you want to fax and ask for the correct fax number so
that your fax will actually get to the person you are trying to reach.
