The IISD Food Service Department’s “Breakfast in the Classroom” program was featured in the June 1, 2006 edition of Restaurants & Institutions Magazine.  The article, titled “Schools find creative solutions to multiply meal participation,” details techniques and strategies that school food service departments are implementing to increase the consumption of healthy meals by students.
