Freeware is computer software that is available for use at no cost or for an optional fee.  Many of these freeware titles provide equal service and quality as many of the name brand software pages that you buy.  While Irving ISD students may not be able to install additional software on their district issued laptops, these programs are great to use on home computers or classroom desktops.

It can be downloaded and used completely free of charge for any purpose.

Paint.NET is free image and photo editing software for computers that run Windows.
