Opinion Poll for the IISD Board of TrusteesAccording to current Irving ISD
Policy, only students who have completed all requirements for
graduation, including attendance, course credits and passing all
portions of the exit-level TAKS exam, are allowed to participate in
the high school commencement ceremony. The Board of Trustees
is reviewing this policy.
The Board wants your opinion on whether seniors
who have met credit requirements, but have not yet passed all of the
exit-level TAKS tests, should be allowed to participate in the high
school commencement ceremony.
