Summer
Opportunities for Students
Below are listed opportunities relatively free
to high school students. You will have to check each site, but most
are for current 10th and 11th grade students and cover all expenses
except for transportation. Please take a few minutes to check out
these sites and contact students at your campus that might be
candidates. What an opportunity for our students!!!
All are still seeking students, but
enrollment is limited.

Why
AP?
This 16 minute
CollegeBoard Documentary Film AP 50 Years: Higher Standards, Higher
Learning is ideal for raising the awareness of AP courses and their
benefits for students, parents, and faculty members. The voices of college
admission officers, principals, superintendents, teachers and students from
a variety of school types provide an overview of the benefits of
participation in AP, give details about how the AP courses and exams are
developed and scored, and share the stories of students whose true academic
potential has been uncovered through participation in AP.
