Academic Decathlon 2008
 Congratulations
to the MacArthur Academic Decathlon team members. They came in
seventh in the district competition held January 18-19, 2008 at
MacArthur High School.
This is a significant
performance among tough competition and they are already gearing up for
next year!
Many thanks to Sherry
Martinez and Paula D’Spain for countless hours spent coaching our great
team. Also, thanks to Dionn Dahl for her countless hours here this
weekend making sure everything ran smoothly. Dionn has also been a
tremendous asset to our team in providing great support and technical
expertise.
I am so proud of our
team and coaches. We will be nipping at Nimitz’ heels before long!
