Texas Law Enforcement Explorer Competition On Monday, May 5, Special Agent Jonathan Fairbanks of the Drug Enforcement Administration visited MacArthur High School to recognize three student council members for their volunteering efforts and assistance in the fight against drugs. Lacy Parrish, Paula Ikpatt and Falaknaaz Ajani received certificates of appreciation signed by the Special Agent in Charge of the Dallas Field Division. These students were commended for their quality in excellence and for the work they did during the 2008 Texas Law Enforcement Explorer Competition, which was held at the University of Texas – Dallas on April 5.
