Donations & Volunteers Wanted
to Support Senior Class After-Prom Event

Dear Parents of Mac Seniors:

The Senior Spectacular, After Prom Event is coming soon on May 10.  We still need to raise money to provide prizes for our students.  At this time, the event is paid for; however, we now need prizes. These items must be provided through donations and from the parents and students.

In addition, we only have 3 more Chick-Fil-A sales.  These sales are scheduled for April 23, April 28 and May 5.  To conduct these sales, we need 26 cases of Diet Dr. Pepper brand sodas (including Diet Dr. Pepper, Diet Sunkist, Diet 7 Up ) and Deja Blue Water.  Twenty six cases are needed each of the sale dates.  If we don’t get enough drinks, they have to be purchased, taking away profits.   These can be dropped off at school in room 114.  It is even better if donations of money to purchase drinks are given.  To contribute monetary donations, please call Ronda Huffstetler at 214-663-8979.

The only other major money raising event is the golf tournament on April 12.  We desperately need golfers or sponsors to register ASAP!  Please ask friends and family to put together teams.  See attached form for registration.

We also need prizes to give the students at the event.  We would like every student to leave with some prize.  Please donate money or gifts to support this effort!
