| Description: This was a novel study in the book called The Cricket in Times Square. Our resources were Google Sketch-Up. We used a 2-D illustration of the newsstand and the description in the book. We built a newsstand with magazines, newspapers, a cash register, a tissue box, a radio, and a match box for the cricket. Our project was really hard and fun to do. |

I really like the effect of shading on this picture. What a nice culminating activity for a novel study. I like the details in the picture as well as how everything is labeled. Nice work, and very neat. |
