Entry Number:
1190 Title: Take Your Time |
Category:
photography Grade Level: 4-5 |
| Description: We worked in partners using the digital camera. Each person had to find something in the garden that they would like to photograph. I chose the snail, because I was reminded of when my teacher talked about taking your time during the TAKS test. I wanted to remember that feeling by taking this picture. The best part of doing this project is getting to write the titles that went with them. The title had to remind you of a feeling you had. I took this picture myself. |

Very impressive. The photo is crisp and the eye is drawn to the focal point (the snail). The explanation is clearly written and shows an understanding of the assignment. This lesson plan really encouraged students to use higher-order thinking skills. |

Nice exposure and cool snail. Very creative analogy. I like the impact of the close view of the scale against the concrete. |
