Description: This flyer was created as an example to show my BIMM (Business Image Management & Multimedia) students for their Fall Flyer assignment. I made all of the clip art in Fireworks as I demonstrated how to use the program to draw and color original images. We learned to explore all of the properties for fill effects including the textures and gradients. All the students drew original fall clip art and then inserted their images onto a Power Point slide to make a flyer advertising a fall event. The students learned how to use more than one program to achieve an end. I printed the best flyers in color to post them in our classroom. This also helped show the students start to finish on a real-world project such as a flyer advertising an event.

I loved your original clip art! It has a variety of textures and is wonderful. The only weakness I saw in the project, was the background image. It was a little busy, and I thought it distracted the viewer from the message. There was also no bibliography to explain where the background image was obtained.

I liked the originality of your project. Great job emphasizing the graphical details. I would recommend that you use the transparency tool to dim the background a little. I was distracted while trying to read the information on the graphic. Other than that, Great job!
