Entry Number: 875 Title: Broken Souls

Description: I created this project and used this design because I like making unique things (angels appeal to me). It was also influenced by some of the bands I listen to myself, like the Used, Green Day, and music similar that. I used mostly the Curve and Freeform lines tool to construct my figure (fondly called Sk8r Boi). I also used most of the Shapes to color in his clothes and different font types and sized for my songs, title, and band name. From this I learned that through technology anything is possible; I also learned patience because it took forever!

I loved your Sk8r Boi Character. especially the different wings. I thought the gray text boxes were a little out of place on the beautiful cover. The CD and the back cover are simple and nice, and I like the graphics repeated on the cover and the CD.

I like the creativity that you used within your project. One recommendation would be to improve the face cover of the cd. I looked a little more plan than the other elements of the project. Other than that, GREAT Job!

Attractive overall design, well-balanced and eye-appealing. The flowing typestyle goes with your angel theme, but is a bit hard to read. Is the "Broken Souls" supposed to be like a fallen angel? Is that why one of his wings is black? Is that a skull on his T-shirt? How does that fit in? Not quite sure about the overall "feel" you are going for???
