1502 Title: The Word Of The Day Category: video 90sec-3min Grade Level: 11-12 Description: This project is called “The Word of The Day.” This project was created by Fernando Almaguer, Jesse Del Angel, Philip Palacios, Anali Perez, and Silvia Moreira. We researched some high school level vocabulary words on the internet, then wrote ideas and scripts for short movies to demonstrate the words. We recorded our videos with a handheld camcorder, used Movie Maker movie to edit the movies, and also used Audacity for our voice-over and soundtrack. Lastly we added transitions and titles. Along the way we learned a lot of new words that we can use in the future. We hope other students who watch our video can learn and expand their vocabulary as well as see that anyone can make a great video in Movie Maker. |

Incredible....This is the type of project, at the level, that all Media Fair projects should be. Your creativity is amazIng. It is very high interest. Kudos to all of you for your participation in this project! I would not change anything. |

Your project made me laugh...not always an easy thing to do when we are talking word of the day. Nice use of the tools in movie maker. |
