  How to Create a New Course Download these instructions
1. You can't create your own course. 

Contact your ITS to get a new course in Blackboard.
2. Your course will have the default name, "Update This Title."
3. Rename your course to whatever you like.  Click here to find out how.

It is easier for students to find your course if you include your name in the course title.
