Templates: You need to have at least Windows 98 as your operating system to view the
spreadsheet. Click on the Excel icon with the pencil. That will open up your excel
program with the template already filled out. Next follow the instructions
below.
Grade Template:Highlight the cell with the first students
name in it (A6) under the semester grade average and type in =average(c6:e6),
enter. Next, highlight that same cell, then click on the little black box on
the cell and drag down to the last students name. That will put the
formula in each cell for that row. Do the same under the conduct average
using this formula =average(h6:j6). Now go to Format - Cells -
Border. Then select the outline and inside buttons. That will put
grids on your chart. Now you can e-mail your grades to your teachers.
Seating Chart: Type in the students name in each cell. Then in cell
"K" highlight the cells where one class is sitting and merge those cells, then type in
the teachers name. Now go to Format - Cells - Border. Then select
the outline and inside buttons. That will put grids on your chart.

Lesson Plans: Highlight the entire table, copy it. The open up a
new word document and paste. Now you can type in the appropriate information in the correct
cell and you are ready to go. The cells automatically adjust to the information. Before you save, go
to file - page set up - paper
size. Now change from portrait to landscape.
