PHONE BUTTONS: SPEAKER, HOLD, TRANSFER, CONFERENCE, VOICEMAIL, CALL PICKUP
ABILITY TO ANSWER ALL LINES WITHIN THE OFFICE, ABILITY TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE CALL ON HOLD, ABILITY TO SEE WHICH LINE OR EXTENSION IS RINGING
OUR OLD PHONES WOULD BEEP AFTER A CALL IS ON HOLD FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. I HAVE MISSED THAT ON THE CURRENT SYSTEM.

multi line phone. Able to see, not hear, the main numbers when there ia an incoming call. That way we can answer the main numbers with out having to dial a code to answer the main phone line, while still having a decated phone line specific to the phone.

I would like to utilize a cordless phone for my office. Many times I have to review plans which requires me to access different areas of the office. This is an important feature to me.

Would like to have options for caller to press a number to customize help needed involving several messages that are routinely answered during the day. Example: Press 1 for instructions on how to logon to the CourseWhere system. Press 2 for exchange day guidelines.

On the Secretary's phone, it needs to have at least two lines, one for the principal and one for her. If it had the other administrators, that would be fine.
