To make a podcast page in FrontPage you can download the zip file below.  When you unzip the contents, you will find seven files in the zipped folder.  Place them in a folder called "podcast" in your FrontPage web.  You can edit the "default.htm" page to match the look of your website.

Once you have tested the Podcast page, you can add your own MP3 files to play instead of the three sample files included.  To change the play list on the web podcast, simply edit the included "mp3player.xml" file.
