Care Van Provides FREE Immunizations

Dear Parents,

The Care Van will be providing free immunizations for children newborn to 18 years of age at various locations in the Spring of 2008. The Care Van provides all required and recommended immunizations.

Below is a list of the various locations where you can find the Care Van if you wish to take advantage of their services.

FREE CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATIONS

All clinics are held from 5 PM to 7 PM at the date and location indicated.

Immunizing children infants to 18 years of age.
Please bring your child’s immunization record.
Child must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
