How do I access  Employee Self Service for internal transfers?

Go to:  https://mol.irvingisd.net/MSS/login.aspx  and you will see:

Click here for PASSWORD or LOGIN help.

Once you have logged into Employee Self Service THEN you can use the TWO buttons to access:

Employee Self Service 
your personal information

2.

Employment Opportunities
INTERNAL TRANSFER if you wish to apply for a different position

 
  

What is My Login and Password?

Important: Know your MUNIS Login.  (This is NOT your network login.)
 

User Name:

First Name Initial + Last Name + Employee Number

Sample:
    Jason Smith, Employee # 0984 will have
    User Name:  JSMITH984
        (Note that you leave out leading zeros.)

Password:

If this is the FIRST time you have logged in, your password will be the last 4 digits of your SSN. 

If you have logged in before your password is the one YOU created.  This will remain the same from year to year.  Please be sure that your password is something you will remember.
