Irving ISD early childhood school information meetings scheduled for May 5 have been cancelled. The information meetings will be rescheduled and announced at a later date.

Pre-K Information Meeting

5:30 p.m.

To obtain information regarding Pre-Kindergarten for the 2009-2010 school year, please attend the information meeting at the Early Childhood Campus in your attendance area.

There will be no student registration at this meeting,
this is just an information meeting.

What is Pre-K?

Who:

 Child who will be 4 years old on or before September 1 of the current school year

Oral Language Testing

All children in grades K-5 who are entering school for the first time and who speak a language other than English must be given an oral language test to evaluate their oral English language skills.  This test is mandated by law and is a necessary part of your child’s school record.  (read more)
