Privacy Flags and Release of Public Information

  Deadline extended to Friday, October 12, 2007. 

All IISD Employees:

This year we will NOT be completing the directory information cards which allow you to choose the option of releasing or not releasing your private information.  Instead, it will be completed online in your Employee Self Service account  (the same account where you signed up for benefits.)

Please have this completed by Friday, October 12, 2007.   Many employees are still showing as “All Public” option.  Open records requests must be filled and public information shared.  Make sure you have the correct option chosen for your information.

To access the Privacy Flags in Munis Online Self Serve, just follow these steps:

  • Log on to Employee Self Service with your user name and password.
    (This will be the same ones you used to enroll in benefits this August.  Need Help?)

  • Once in Employee Self Service, Click on:

  1. Employee Self Serve

  2. Personal Information

  3. Employee Profile

  4. Find your demographic information and the Privacy setting field

  • All employee information defaults to public unless you choose for your information to be private.  Choices you have are:

  1. All Public

  2. All Private

  3. Address Public

  4. Phone Public

  5. Family Public

  6. Address/Phone Public

  7. Address/Family Public

  8. Phone/Family Public

Choose one of the above and click:
