Student Schedules

Student schedules will be picked up on campus, but the date they will be available varies by campus. So your best option is to contact your school office directly and see what dates student schedules are available.

To save you a call, I emailed the schools and here is what I heard back from some of them. If your school is not listed below, then I have not heard back that school.

High School
MacArthur HS	Freshman schedules will be handed out today during Flight School (Freshman Orientation). Schedules for 10^th, 11^th, and 12^th graders will be handed out on Tuesday, August 19^th from 9am to 5pm (I believe this part is already on our website under the student section).
Middle School
Austin MS	6^th grade – Tuesday August 19th 6-8 pm 7^th grade – Wednesday August 20^th 6-8 pm 8^th grade – Thursday August 21^st 6-8 pm
Bowie MS	Schedules (horarios) may be picked up on the following dates: 6^th grade, August 21 4:30 – 7:00pm 7^th grade, August 22 4:30 – 7:00pm 8^th grade, August 23 9:00 – 11:30 am A parent must accompany the student. You will be required to fill out enrollment cards at this time. (Es necesario que el estudiante sea acompanado por el padre) Bring home, cell, work phone numbers, emergency contact names and numbers, doctor’s name and Lumber, and any email addresses for these cards. (traigan numeros de telefono de emergenia) If you did not turn in proof of residence in the spring, you must also do this before schedule can be picked up. You must have a lease, or utility bill ( no phone bills accepted). If you live with someone and bills are in their name, you must have a notarized letter signed by them. If you are not sure if you need this proof, please call 972.721.3039 to verify. (Llama por ayuda). Schedules will not be given out without all of this information
Houston MS	Sam Houston’s schedules will be passed out for 7^th and 8^th graders on August 21, 2008 from noon - 5:00pm. The 6^th graders at Sam Houston can pick up their schedule at 6^th grade orientation on August 21, 2008 at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
de Zavala MS	7^th & 8^th schedule pick up is Thursday, August 21 from 8-4
Lamar MS	Lamar’s schedule pick up days are: 8^th grade Friday, August 15^th 1:00 – 4:00 PM 6^th grade Saturday, August 16^th 9:00 – 3:00 PM 7^th grade Sunday, August 17^th 1:00 – 3:00 PM
Elementary School
Barton Elementary	Barton will post the class lists on the front glass at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 22 and will have a “Sneak Peek” from 3:00-4:00. Parents and students will be allowed in the building to find their classrooms and meet the teacher. The next morning, Saturday, August 23, we will sell the complete packets of school supplies for all grades in the Cafeteria from 9:00-12:00.
Davis Elementary	J.O. Davis will post class lists at 1:00 on Friday August 22. Parents and students are invited to our Open House to find their child’s classroom and meet the teacher. School supplies and school t-shirts will also be sold at that time.
Farine Elementary	Farine will have several Meet the Teacher events: Kindergarten is August 23 from 6:15-7:00. All others are September 9th from 3:15-4:00 OR 6:15-7:00 (parent choice). We will post class lists on Friday, August 22 and have an open house from 2-3:00. Parents and students can come inside and find their classes. As well, our PTO will be selling school supply packs school shirts.
Hanes Elementary	Hanes class lists will be posted on the front doors after 5:00 p.m. on August 22, 2008.
Lively Elementary	Lively class lists will be posted on August 22 at 4:00 pm.
Early Childhood School
Kinkeade ECS	Kinkeade students do not have schedules, but we have a “Sneak Preview” on Thursday, August 21, from 2:30 to 3:30. They can meet the teacher, see their room and bring their school supplies to school during that time.
