Update Your Personal Information
for CourseWhere

As the summer starts, the online staff development registration system will be sending you reminders, cancellation notices, and important information about the classes you have registered for, BUT if your information is wrong you might not receive these important notices.

We need to double check both your home and email address that is stored in the CourseWhere system in case something is cancelled or there is a need to notify you by mail during the summer.  You should check/correct the grade level, position and/or assignment as well.

Please update your personal information in CourseWhere by logging onto the system and going to "change personal information."

    Check/Change Personal Info

  • Enter Correct Home Address.  This is important for workshops that may occur where you would need written notice that it has been cancelled or changed.

  • Enter Email address.  This is extremely important for getting confirmations, reminders, messages when a class is cancelled, etc.

  • Change District to Irving ISD if it is not already

  • Enter Building or Department using drop-down menu

  • Position using drop-down menu

  • Assignment using drop-down menu

  • Then UPDATE.  If you do not update the information you have just entered will be lost.
