Benefits Meetings for New Hires

Dates for New Hire Benefits Meetings will be held in June, July, August and September (on dates shown to the right in  green ).

These meetings will be held in the:

Board Room
Irving ISD Administration Building
 261 W. Airport Freeway
 4:00 pm each day shown

New hire employees can either:

  1. Watch the videos and enroll using a paper application form (see yellow box below)

    OR
     
  2. Come to a meeting and ask questions before they enroll (the paper forms will be available at the meetings).

Online Enrollment for 2009-2010 Benefits

New hire employees must watch the videos and decide what they want for their insurance options.   Then download the paper application and bring it in to the benefits office (or come in and complete a form there). We would highly encourage new employees to attend one of the benefits meetings above to learn more about their benefits options.
