HOSA Students to Honor Singley with Blood Drive

Health Occupations Students of America students at Jack E. Singley Academy have scheduled a blood drive for 10 a.m.-6 p.m. May 26 at the Academy in honor of retired IISD superintendent Jack Singley.

Donors must be 16 years of age or older, weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good health. Sixteen-year-old donors must have written permission from their parent or guardian (use the form below). Donors must bring a valid picture ID at the time of donation.

All donors receive T-shirt, a mini-physical including blood pressure and iron level check at the time of donation, and cholesterol results. Donors are encouraged to have a meal prior to giving blood.
