Oral Language Testing

All children who are entering school for the first time and who speak a language other than English must be given an oral language test to evaluate their oral English language skills.  This test is mandated by law and is a necessary part of your child’s school record.

There are several dates set aside for testing.

Grades K-5  Oral Language Testing

Location:     Irving ISD Language Test Center

                    Please call for an appointment at 972-273-6688.

Dates:   Oral language testing will be available Monday-Friday, May 5- June 6 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Language testing will resume starting August 11.

Pre-Kindergarten Oral Language Testing
