Enrollment Requirements
Students entering IISD schools from other accredited schools are admitted at the level
authorized by individual transcripts. PK, K and 1st grade students must
provide a copy of a birth certificate to enroll.
Students enrolling in the IISD must
provide satisfaction evidence of required immunizations, proof of residency, and
Social Security numbers are requested.
New Students
Please bring the following items with you
for registration:
1.
updated
immunization records (See
Immunization Requirements)
2.
birth
certificate
(two
different ways to obtain birth certificates)
3.
proof
of residence
(apartment
lease, gas bill, water bill or electric bill)
4.
student’s social security card
or other proof of Social Security
Number
5. record card from previous school
attended (if applicable)
