Drop Off Your Paper and Aluminum NOW

Did you know that the paper recycling and aluminum recycling bins are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at schools in Irving ISD? Did you also know that we earn money for paper dropped off at our green-and-yellow paper bins and aluminum dropped off at our upcoming blue-and-yellow aluminum bins?

Where are bins located?

This is an easy way for you to recycle your paper and aluminum.  At the same time you help your schools raise money for projects like playgrounds, landscaping, books and other worthwhile activities.  Please remember to bring your paper and aluminum to drop in the appropriate retriever bin.  There is no financial commitment from you, just bring us your recyclable paper and aluminum.

Thank you for your continued support of this important community program and important fund-raising effort!

Other RECYCLABLES !!!

Did you know that you can recycle cell phones and ink jet cartridges?   Check with your campus recycling facilitator to see which items they accept and how to drop them off!

(Sorry ... campuses do NOT collect recyclable plastics or other tin cans.)

-----------------------------------------------------

Remember ... don't let your newspapers and other waste paper become part of the problem.  Be part of the solution and drop your recyclable paper off at the school retriever bins!

See the "Contact Us" list to find out who is your campus recycling facilitator!

The Green Team, a group of fourth and fifth grade volunteers from Good Elementary School, helps empty classroom recycle bins and bags of paper brought from home. All the money raised from the paper recycling goes toward beautification of the school grounds.
