Policies set forth in this handbook are not intended to be
substituted for official district policy or to create a
contract of employment, nor are they to be construed to
constitute contractual obligations of any kind or a contract
of employment between IISD and any of its employees. The
provisions of the handbook have been developed at the
discretion of management and, except for its policy of
employment-at-will, may be amended or canceled at any time,
at IISD's sole discretion. The office of the Coordinator of
Classified Personnel with input from the different branches
of classified personnel management is responsible for
updating of this manual. |

Los reglamentos escritos
en este manual no intentan crear un contrato de empleo, ni
deben ser interpretados para constituir obligaciones
contractuales de cualquier tipo o un contrato de empleo
entre IISD y cualquiera de sus empleados. Se han
desarrollado las provisiones del manual a la discreción de
la dirección de la mesa directora y de el superintendente de
escuelas y, salvo su políza de empleo-a-voluntad, puede
enmendarse o puede cancelarse en cualquier momento, a la
discreción unica de IISD. |
