Contact the school nurse or aide.

Call the parent/guardian of the injured
child.

Report the accident to the office.

Do not send a sick or injured child
home alone unless this has been requested by the parent/guardian. In that
event, the child must sign out through the office.

See that the child is resting as
comfortably as possible in the clinic or elsewhere if the injury is

Report the injury on the regular
accident form.

Call the Director of Elementary or
Secondary Instruction when any accident is of a serious nature.

Call Security at 972-261-5134 if an
ambulance is dispatched.
