CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBER

Students

The importance of the office having correct addresses and phone numbers of students should be stressed to the students.

Teachers and Other Professionals

Teachers and other professionals must keep their MUNIS records up-to-date with any changes in their address or phone number. 

Employees are encouraged to make permanent address changes through MUNIS self service.  This will update your permanent address in the employee master file for the MUNIS system.

You MUST hit the “UPDATE” button at the bottom
of the page for change to be effective.
