Teachers are required to be available
during conference period for: student-teacher, parent-teacher, other
staff-teacher conferences, and any other reason that would concern the
school program. Conference periods should be scheduled with parents (or any
of the listed personnel) when that conference may affect change to the
advantage of the student. Every parent must be contacted when a student is
approaching a failure and a conference arranged, if possible.
