TEACHER GRADEBOOK

All student grades should be kept up-to-date, labeled and recorded accurately in the teacher's grade book. The teacher's grade book will be submitted electronically to the district's Pentamation system. GradeSpeed, the district’s standard computerized grade book, will be used by all teachers in Grades PreK-12. Teachers will keep and printout GradeSpeed reports for each three-week increment and at the end of each semester.

Grades will be electronically uploaded into Pentamation for progress notices and report card printing. Pending district decisions, three-week progress reports may be generated by teachers or via Pentamation.
