EVALUATION OF
PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL
The District shall maintain an effective
program of staff evaluation which is designed to improve the instructional
program. The evaluation program shall be administered in accordance with
the provisions of the Texas Education Code and Texas Administrative Code.
Each teacher shall be requested to sign the
evaluation forms. This signature indicates that the evaluation has been
discussed with the principal or immediate supervisor. The signature does
not necessarily indicate agreement with the evaluation.
