Lumbar Spine Rehabilitation

Pelvic Tilt Series

These exercises are done best on firm, padded surface of carpeted floor.

Pelvic Clock            Superman Prone

Bridges                    Swimmer

Dead Bug                Supine Leg Lifts Single  Double

Mad Cat                  Prone Leg Extensions

Spine Extension        Crunches

Straight Leg Program

These exercises use elastic tubing as resistance.

Hip Flexion               Hip Abduction

Hip Extension            Hip Adduction

Ball Exercises

Use a fimly inflated ball. The ball needs to be of a size which allows you to sit with feet flat on the floor with knees bent at a 90 degree angle.

Pelvic Clock               Inverted Leg Extension

Supine Roll Outs         Prone Roll Outs

 Bridges                      Superman

Sit Ups
