Emphasis- Regain full extension and flexion of the ankle.

Emphasis- Regain full range of motion of the ankle and reduce
swelling.

ABC's-- Draw your alphabet- Video
Resistive Ankle ROM-
Emphasis- Develop strength while using elastic tubing/band
such as Theraband™ as resistance.
Dorsiflexion- Video
Plantar Flexion- Video
Inversion- Video
Eversion- Video
Nonweightbearing Exercises
Emphasis- Develop coordination and strength while non-weightbearing.
Towel Crunches- Video
Marble Pickup- Video
Weightbearing Exercises-
Emphasis- Develop strength using athlete's weight as resistance.

Balance Exercises
