                                      WRITE A PROPOSAL                                                                 (PRESENT THE CLIENT WITH A CLEARLY DEFINED NEED, TARGETED AUDIENCE, SCHEDULE, BUDGET, AND DESCRIPTION OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT.)

                                      MEET WITH CLIENT

                                      GET CLIENT APPROVAL
