Rotational Project Design 1

This is a team presentation to include the following.

TEAM GRADE will include:

REQUIRED (maximum grade of 85):

Premise: (Developed by each team)

A multimedia marketing presentation for "ZipZapper" CD Recorders.

	Storyboard using the slide selected screen
	Text
	Backgrounds for each slide (may be the same background on each slide)
	Graphic of themselves ( at least 1)
	Sound effects

OPTIONAL (maximum grade 100):

	Music over all the presentation
	Special graphics
	Animation

The use of the following software must be included;

	Macromedia Director
	Adobe PhotoShop
	Adobe Premiere
	Newtek Lightwave or 3D Studio Max

Your team must analysis the market for who would use it and for what applications and be prepared to make an oral presentation to a perspective client.

Your multimedia product must include the following information;

"ZipZapper" records CDs at 16x speed.

"ZipZapper" holds 3 gig of information per disk.

"ZipZapper" records ______ minutes of audio. (Your team must calculate how much audio a ZipZapper disk will hold - a standard CD holds 74 minutes of audio.)

The team must decide what the price of the product would be with a 300% markup if it cost $100.00 to produce.

Suggested structure for a team of four:

1^st person will do the graphics

2^nd person will do the animation

3^rd person will work with Director

4^th person will work with audio and other tasks.

Individual grades will be based on individual assignment completion and the team grade with team participation modifications. Team grade will be based on team progress report and final product evaluation. Individual grades for the term of the project will be based on the team grade with team participation modifications applied. (See "Brown Book",)
